The system information is as above. I have reinstalled the system several times. After each reinstall, no matter whether the system is restarted or not, as long as the system win+Q screen has not been initialized successfully (the first picture), the following screen will appear when executing the if (!TextRecognizer.IsAvailable()) of the WCR API (the second picture).
