WCR API about Image Description failed In QC PC.

QC's system information is as above. We tested whether Image description can be successfully executed on QC's machine. However, the following error appears when the program runs to the next line of imageDescription.DescribeAsync. What is the reason?

Only 1.7.250127003-experimental3 version can rebuild project. when install 1.7.250401001, after compiling show errors

Note that the APIs have also changed in the latest version of WindowsAppSDK:
