Is it possible to change the application name in Start menu and Toast or WAC after the msix is installed

Describe the bug

I have a requirement,

Need to change the Application Display Name in start menu, Notifications based on the condition of the client system where the Appx will be installed.

is it possible to change it dynamically without unpack or recreating another appx

Steps to reproduce the bug

Install Msix need to change the Application name

If you update your MSIX Application, in the new version you can have the new name. There is no way to update the existing MSIX application labeling once it has been installed.
