I am unable to change the theme color of the program when AOT is released.

Describe the bug

as the title suggests, I used Window.Content as FrameworkElement to change the program theme. I found that it couldn't be changed in the case of AOT. I haven't observed the detailed situation carefully yet

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create App
2. Write switch theme code
3. Publish AOT
4. Run
