Type: Bug

Enable terminal sticky scroll.
Run ipython console.
Run a big command that doesn't fit in the terminal.
Press up (to show the history) and down (to hide it again)
The current line is covered by the sticky scroll.

Note: you can scroll it into view, but typing will push it behind the sticky scroll again.
