context menu: disable scrolling, customize items #251285

why do I have to search for frequently used menu items (copy, paste) at the end of the context menu, and now with scrolling? it's incredibly annoying.
how do I disable scrolling?
how do I move unused menu items to the submenu or at least to the bottom?
