Allow symbol search with multiple words

This PR fixes #109548

To test, create a typescript file with this:

function oneTwoThree() {}

They use "Go to Symbol" and search for #one three.

Is there a way to bump the priority of this? This is a frustrating limitation and it sounds like the fix is simple, but it's been a year.

@jrieken, I rebased this to resolve the merge conflict and retested it.
