Add 'Sort Changes By Extension' in the CSM View&Sort

Thank you very much for your contribution. Please note that the sort key is also present as a setting so if we were to add a new sort key, we would also have to update the scm.defaultViewSortKey setting with the new sort key.

I was also wondering if you could illustrate a scenario in which you would leverage sorting by extension. Thanks!

What if I have >2K changes and want to upload just a bunch of .php
