We must not explicitly promise to update the docs when these release so I'm removing the statements. If/When someone opens an issue for us to update this table, we will. Otherwise, we risk forgetting about updating it and the optics of leaving this statement well after the components are released are not great (see https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/95206/files#diff-d0b841fd245ea5937fb71c06c4d1c53cf0313f581ddf3ebf464c9317eab673d3L37-L39)
