Breeze-Kanagwa theme for Kate.
I changed a lot of colors in Breeze Dark theme based on Kanagawa.
Download Breeze-Kanagawa.theme, open Kate and go to
"Settings -> Configure Kate -> Color Themes -> Theme Editor",
click "Import" and select the path to the theme file.
