Unhelpful error for GitHub MCP server

It is unclear from here on how to fix this, I would have liked a tool that AI could use to guide me how to fix this.

This is a hard one... this is saying that you need to force the creation of the token again and authorize the Microsoft org.

Honestly not sure how to handle this gracefully. Maybe the GitHub auth extension can have a tool for doing exactly this... but I don't love that idea.

Alternatively, maybe the GH MCP server needs to return a 401 and in MCP land we can force the recreation of a token...

Yea, I don't think there's that much we could do. GH MCP could return a unique error code that we look for, but also I'm not a big fan of special casing for that server and MCP doesn't define any well-known error codes that would work here.
