The "Go to Definition" function doesn't work after upgrading to newest VS Code Insiders version

Steps to Reproduce:

1. After upgrading previous newest VS Code Insiders version, the "Go to Definition" function doesn't work.

After restarting the computer, the "Go to Definition" function works again. Maybe a bug or related to memory? Not sure.
