Nginx error log path exists

After upgrading to 2.0.0-rc.8, an error appeared in the old instance, and also when installing a new one.

I corrected it by explicitly specifying the path here, but it doesn't define itself.

Ubuntu 24 & nginix: I have the same issue. No matter what I set the error log path to in the config file, the nginx configuration leaves it at stderr if you display the configuration with nginx -V

This stops nginx UI from being installed even though the error log path and permissions are just fine.
