Bug#35433370 Remove unused directory extra/libcbor/doc, causing github noise
We are getting automatic alerts from github due to issues with Python components listed in extra/libcbor/doc/source/requirements.txt. Just remove the entire doc directory as it's never used anyway. Change-Id: I58fe1ece430800a87d07fffdbe6253c4561cc281
