It looks like it doesn't affect anything, and only started happening since 2024.2
I think the new intellij gradle plugin includes the plugin manifest in all jar tasks -_-
That was a test that snuck in the previous commit
This can come in handy, verification isn't part of the build task

This merges dev, updates to the latest 2025.1 build and fixes all my encountered problems.
