- Download DarkMod Neo with other themes from https://github.com/phpmyadmin/themes (hopefully added to https://www.phpmyadmin.net/themes/ soon)
- Unzip
- Find "darkmod-neo"
- Move to your phpMyAdmin themes directory.
- Select "darkmod-neo" from the dropdown on phpMyAdmin dashboard.
