Import dataset is no longer an action in the danger zone. It can be initiated from three different places in the UI

• "quick actions" from the list of databases
• "quick actions" menu within a target database
• list of actions in the target database

@pkm93 Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I had already fixed this in a feature branch that's going on April 8th, so I've cherry-picked those changes and opened a PR for them.
