Translations passed to LocalStorageRecentSearchesPluginOptions are not honored

Description

While implementing the change for #1282 enables passing a translations object to the recent searches plugin, these translations are not passed through to the underlying RecentSearchesPlugin

Expected behavior

Translations should work consistently whether they're passed to createLocalStorageRecentSearchesPlugin or `createRecentSearchesPlugin
