When clearing whole text in one go neither `source`/`onConfirm` are called

There is a bug in the 'accessible-autocomplete/react' package. When you clear the input by highlighting the whole text and then deleting it in one go, it never runs the source or onConfirm functions.

This is preventing me from clearing a state value when the input text is empty.

@nahmed99 I had to hack around with the DOM to be able to fix this.

We haver a similar problem: deleting the text one character at a time works, but problem occurs when the whole text is deleted at once.
