Add missing configuration documentation for new components

What

Add configuration options in JavaScript API Reference for the Password Input component and make a round of the other components to check that all their configuration options are listed.

Description for each of the option should match the Nunjucks option description for consistency.

Why

We missed adding this information to the Frontend Docs when adding the component, and may have missed some other bits as well.
