icon not displayed

I am trying out the template from docker. I noticed that some icons in action column in Transactions page was not displayed.

This issue is also seen when I ran the code in my own developing environment. I am using Ubuntu 20.04.

The problem comes from the Volt Design, I just rebuilt the latest version.

The issue has been forwarded to TB. Here is the related GH issue:
