Dropdown should change the month where it is displayed, while now it changes the DayPicker starting month.

Have a look at the left calendar as June is selected.

Is this a bug or it's intended like that? Should the new month affect only on the selected calendar and adjust the other calendar accordingly?

I mentioned this issue in #2618, I think it's a valid point to change the month the dropdown is linked to.

We could try to only show the dropdown on the first month, preventing the bad UX of having multiple select dropdown for every month.
Let me know if it makes sense to try this.

Ah right we discussed it already 💯 I would like to give another chance however. Starting working on it here #2742, still need to evaluate the edge cases we touched in that discussion....
