What happened:
When create token and get the Curl command example, the command has extra "/" on OnCall Settings page.

What did you expect to happen:
-Hope not to have the extra "/" when using the curl command

How do we reproduce it?

1. Open Grafana OnCall in the UI (Oncall -> Settings)
2. Now click the "create" to create the token
3. Get the Curl command example you will find that bug.
