What went wrong?
What happened:
Alerts aren't sent through Grafana Oncall via zvonok.com .In "Contact points' I see 'No delivery attempts', but in grafana oncall -> alert groups there is a new record about triggered alert . I have configured the notification policy and oncall routes per the documentation and it doesn't have complex rules. There is nothing useful in logs, but some wierd errors:

Incident or lables plugins seem to be а part of Grafana Cloud infrastucture. Something went wrong here. Can it be associated with undelivered alerts?
Settings of integration with zvonok.com were made according to the instructions from the site https://grafana.com/docs/oncall/latest/set-up/#zvonokcom. When adding a number to the user's profile, a call is received and the robot reports the correct confirmation code. In the plugin integration settings there is a button “Send demo alert” and when pressing this button I received a call once, but it was immediately dropped as soon as I picked up the phone.
What did you expect to happen:
receive alerts through grafana oncall via zvonok.com or at least have relevant errors in log.
How do we reproduce it?
Configure an alert rule in any folder . In Grafana Oncall Integration add default route.
in user's profile set "Default notification rules" and "Important notification rules" to "Phone call"
Get the alert firing.
Nothing going to happend.
