New feature: exact search

Hello,

I would like to have an "exact search" feature.
For example, if I search foo bar, I would like to find all result containing exactly foo bar instead of searching for the 2 words foo and bar individually.

Note: we are migrating our project from chosen to tom select. And this was how chosen search was working.
