Is it possible not to close the list when you click outside ?!

I have a trick and I hope that can help you.
You can call activate method and set isOpen = true on the close event.

this.$refs.multiselect.isOpen = true;
this.$refs.multiselect.activate();

After that, you can use caret slot to customize a button that can be used to close the dropdown. On click event of the button, call the deactivate method and set isOpen = false.

this.$refs.multiselect.isOpen = false;
this.$refs.multiselect.deactivate();
