UX issue - scroll triggers when previous selected row either partially visible or out of window view

When a partially visible or off-screen row is selected, and then another row is clicked, the view scrolls unexpectedly, sometimes causing the clicked row to move out from under the cursor.

In the following example the window scrolls when Haylee is clicked (the second time) and the problem is much more visible when Lisandro is clicked.
