Grid: Init from HTML but with column config use "false" as "encoded" instead of true as documentated

Hello,

if you init the kendo grid by HTML but has also a specific column configuration, the default "encoded" parameter is not "true".

Example:

There you can see that "year" configuration has no "encoded" parameter, but is handled as "false" instead of true which is documented as default.
