When evaluating nested relationships with sqlalchemy using the selectin lazy load feature pagination throws a greenlet spawn error.
This is using the async pagination method

this issue is not present in the alpha 1 release 0.13.0a1

New version 0.13.1 has been released; this issue should be fixed now.
