Page button looks like hovered after changing page in IE

Bug description or feature request:

Only in IE browser (version 11.248.16299.0) for pagination (States & Limits) buttons can be both in hover and focus state:

Steps:

1. Open 3th page in pagination under the table. (now this page will be in the center)
2. Open 4th page by clicking button "4"
3. Verify design of button "5" in pagination bar. (color)

Result:
The button "4" is active. The button "5" is in hover state
