Opening a document from Sharepoint Teams opens up on edge, and if you need to complete the form particular programmed pdf's you have to down load it onto your desktop, then find the document then open it up in its native app. In Microsoft explorer this was a one step action. I have a script in Sharepoint to force documents to open as a new document, with the setting to open up in its native app, but Edge ignores that scripting and does Google. I am still using Explorer to get the best out of SharePoint and or Teams. To be quite honest, Explorer works best for enterprise use as it doe snot ignore the programming and settings of SharePoint.
Edge needs to have the ability to force documents to open in their native app instead of downloading into drives or clouds.
