[Bug]: Cannot wire Workflow Executor results rows hop to next transform

What happened?

When trying to wire the result rows hop from a workflow executor to a select values transform, the pipeline fails to save the correct hop.

When it s not saved it shows the correct hop, after it is saved, the hop bullet disappears, when i try to add the same hop again, i receive the error that it already exists. It does not happen to other workflow executor in the same pipeline. both workflow executors execute the same object.

i have a video also but i cannot post it here, it will highlight better the bug.

the other 2 hops connected to memory group by are result filenames

it does not happen in 2.12.0
