Error Handling if Connect-AzAccount or Connect FabricAccount has not been run

To aid new people and people not used to PowerShell there should be a useful yellow warning that shows that connect needs to be run

Maybe store it in a PsFramework configuration and validate on running any command

Most of the commands (if not all of them) have one of these commands at the beginning:

• Test-TokenExpired
• Confirm-FabricAuthToken
  to ensure the connection is validated and an appropriate warning appears if not.
