Beware Visual Studio when Aspire networking does not work

Lesson learned and way too much time spent on the issue.

The app screwed up because of a launchsettings.json issue with the ports.
No problem, I restored the correct settings.
Unfortunately, I started having port address conflicts indefinitely.

Two problems:

1. Diagnosing apps that do not start is a kind of nightmare. The console logs does not show anything and there is no way to run them and the debugger does not show anything.
2. Just restarting Visual Studio fixed the issue.

Luckily the second was also the solution, but I hate the problems when you have no feedback, it'so bad!

FYI, there was no conflict at all.
I tried to change ports 3 times, verified with netstat that they were available, but the app did not start.
The only way to make it work was relaunching Visual Studio (which probably killed and relanuched the DCP, but I am not sure about that).
