All the emulators use Z and X for A and B. On a US layout this is no problem but on a QWERTZ layout (e.g. in Germany)
where Y and Z are switched, you need to stretch your hand a lot and the left/right ...

We can t really auto start the emulator without user interacting, or the audiocontext won t be started/will be started
later/won t work in the background :/
