Advisory GHSA-v588-qcp3-jv46 lists incorrect fixed version

I have noticed an issue with the details provided in the advisory GHSA-v588-qcp3-jv46 regarding the fixed version.

The advisory lists 7.1.3 as the version where the issue is fixed. However, the vulnerability seems to be addressed in 7.0.0 it self by completely refactoring the core of serve which also referenced in both the reports submitted: report-1, report-2
