Per the change log: "All external links should now have the rel attibute set to noreferrer noopener for increased privacy." Added the additional "noreferrers" to "noopeners", which, while somewhat redundant, is a good practice for any _blank links. The main addition here is on the
openmethod, which needs the added rel attributes.
