Task Launch Panel truncates content

Type: Bug

1. Create a task with a long title or add extension that contributes tasks with long title, in my case - C# Dev Kit.
2. Attempt to launch the task.
3. See the issue with the task display. The UI becomes unusable as I am unable to see the details even when hovering over it.

Please trust me, you cannot see the actual text. There is no way for me to determine the full title of a task. I can't use fuzzy finder consistently because it requires me to type the full task prefix.

Potential solutions:

1. Allow the change of the width of the task runner
2. Show details on hover.
3. Change filtering logic to allow fuzzy search (or at least not prefix-based), so I can just type a task name
4. Reach out to the C# Dev Kit team and ask if they are open to truncating the task titles

Hey, thanks for the issue. Glad to see the one you filed for that extension - I believe that's the better approach here than to change our current picker. Closing this as there are no other reports and I think this should be addressed by the extension, not core VS Code.

It would be great to at least see the full title on hover to handle such cases in a generic way.

The extension would add the tooltip to their quickipick, not vs code
