I have found that when rendering on Google Pixel on the Chrome browser, the emu-nt a tags render smaller font than the surrounding text. This is re-creatable through Chrome dev tools on the desktop with mobile replication on.

A good example of the issue is in mobile view of clause 5.1.2.

CSS reference is line 450 of elements.css in ecmarkup

Not sure if the fix should be here or in ecmarkup. happy to sort it if it isn't intentional 👍

edit: I was able to reproduce after messing with the mobile emulation settings.

emu-nt with tiny text

I have no idea what would cause this. ecmarkup PRs welcome.
