Add install section

I am trying to generate public/private key pairs in Julia at the moment, this came across my radar, though it does not seem like the package is registered: 

```Julia
(@v1.6) pkg> add OpenSSH
ERROR: The following package names could not be resolved:
 * OpenSSH (not found in project, manifest or registry)

```
