Move desktop install method to APA

Description / notes

• we don't have separate files for distro as now. XFCE on Jammy is not the same as on Sid.
• needs to be checked what else can be removed. Goal is that Armbian-config just wrap apt command
• minimal images have systemd-networkd while CLI Network manager
• packages install but desktop is not going up (will this be in the package at all) ?

Installing desktop from APA repository.
