Error Code when attempting to download ISO from Fido

Getting this when selecting 'English (United States) in the Fido download process (I'm in the US):

"Error: We are unable to complete your request at this time. Some users , entities and locations are banned from using this service..."

I did download the ISO once successfully, but thought I needed to start over and deleted it.

Any thoughts?

I have the same issue. I even tried the English International and got the same message.

It worked great on my old HP Folio 13 laptop. just 2 days ago. But now getting the same error as the rest here on my older desktop PC with an Intel I7 processor. Even though FIDO gave it 2 green check marks. to proceed I wonder if Microsoft is creating this issue somehow.

I tried to download it from Microsoft's site and got the same error so its probably them. I downloaded the ISOfrom a different source then used Flyby11 to point to the ISO and it worked.
