Can it be adapted to use in android?

Please describe your issue:

I seek tools\instruments to use chroot containers on android as desktop with output Xorg in XserverXSDL, but starting DE so tricky as in chroot can't work init (not PID1). Can this tool be adapted to work in android shell\terminal emulator?
