Remove Raspberry Pi and Pinebook Pro builds

What Happened?

The Raspberry Pi and Pinebook Pro builds have several issues, as documented in #449, #734 and #766.

Expected Behavior

Since both Raspberry Pi and Pinebook Pro have UEFI-compatible firmware, ideally we should leverage the universal ARM UEFI image (#682) to make it easier to maintain.

In my test, the ISO from #754 successfully boots and installs on a Raspberry Pi 4B using the pftf/RPi4 firmware.

Hi @jinyanghk,

No special process is required for the Raspberry Pi when building the image. After flashing the pftf/RPi4 firmware, you can simply download the prebuilt ISO (elementaryos-8.0-daily-arm64.20250702.iso) from Early Access, then flash it to a USB drive and boot from it like you would on an AMD64 PC.

Alternatively, if you'd like to build the ISO yourself:

1. Set CHANNEL to daily at etc/terraform-arm64.conf#L17
2. Build using Debian sid as the builder image:

   docker run --rm --privileged -it -v /proc:/proc -v $PWD:/working_dir -w /working_dir debian:sid ./build-arm64.sh etc/terraform-arm64.conf
