POWERSHELL报错，不知道如何解决

powershell 打开闪退，安装最新版本的powershell也无法运行
报错内容：
Windows PowerShell 被终止，返回以下错误:
未能加载文件或程序集“System.Management.Automation, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35”或它的某一个依赖项。该模块应包含一个程序集清单。
不知道要如何才能解决
