adding additional plugins

attempting to add mkdocs-bibtex and mkdocs-timetoread and getting exit code 1 on deploy, for example:

```
ERROR    -  Config value 'plugins': The "timetoread" plugin is not installed
Aborted with 1 Configuration Errors!
Error: Process completed with exit code 1.
```

Is there a way to add additional plugins to root or fork of this (excellent) template?
