Describe the bug

When I run MDA test, I got the above error

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. pac test run --provider Mda --test-plan-file mda\test-list.te.yaml --tenant xxx --environment-id xxx --domain xxx

Expected Behavior: Run without error
Actual Behavior: Unable to run error

Additional context

I run PAC cli from VS code
