[BUG] AI Dev Gallery APP cannot be opened.

Describe the bug
AI Dev Gallery APP installed from Microsoft Store cannot be opened.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install from Microsoft Store
2. Click 'Open'
3. AI Dev Gallery APP shows in blank and crashs.

Please complete the following information:

• App Version: 0.4.1 from the Microsoft Store
• OS Version: Windwos 11 Insider Preview 24H2
• OS build: 26200.5603

Additional context
Downloaded and works fine on another Windows 11 24H2 (26100.3476), but it's not a Copilot+ PC.
I'd like to try Phi-Silica model, any other ways to run this model?

Thanks for creating an issue. Can I ask:

• what is the device model?
• are you on insiders dev or beta channel?
• do you have any windows updates? If so, can you try installing them all and rebooting the device?
• have you tried reinstalling the app?
• any chance you can try running the app from source by cloning this repo and seeing if the issue can repro?

I am using ASUS Vivobook 14 Flip (with Ultra 7 258V).
Current on Dev channel, all the updates have been installed and the device has been rebooted after updating to this OS build.
Also tried fixing the APP, cleaning the data and resintalling.
Since I was planning to try Phi Silica only, haven't setup VS environment yet.

Hi Nikola,
The app window does appear, but it shows a blank white and eventually disappears.
I tried building from the source code and another repo that is the example of Windows AI Foundry as well.
Interestingly, All of these trials shows in blank white.

For example, when building the code, the following window shows like 3 seconds.

Then shows the return code "2147942406 (0x80070006)" in the console.

This is a very weird issue - are you able to run any apps from Visual Studio, like creating a blank new WinUI app?
