Compatability with sloth

[Sloth](https://cvhci.anthropomatik.kit.edu/~baeuml/projects/a-universal-labeling-tool-for-computer-vision-sloth/) is a nice image annotation tool providing similar functionality in python, it would be nice to be able to read and write json config files from sloth in `Annotate.m`
