Mount android emmc partitions from armbian

I saw this issue, which the author ultimately makes a raw image file and messes with that instead of the drive . I assume it might be possible to flash it back somehow.

At this stage, is it now possible to simply mount the android drive directly and make modifications from within armbian ?

( this is while booting armbian from an SD card and the android drive untouched) . Would be amazing if you could essentially make changes to files as though rooted undetected by the OS once booted back to android

As per #2108 I sayed

As it's Amlogic "partition table", parted can't "detect" it.

So why armpart is a key

For example, part of my Vontar X3 "partition table" looks like, from ampart html link output:

There, for example, /system and /data Android partitions (named [inside ext4 labell] accordingly)
(and there where 2187329536 and 1946157056 came from)

see them in android with no issues

Again, know what to do, which files permissions and which path. And very carefully with offsets and sizes before mount.

And image backup for any usage=)

It's Disk Utily, not realy "the" Gparted😁
(still used parted lib, yeagh)

P.s. - also, as I can see, it's looks like default Ubuntu DE. You can use "smaller" DE, like LXDE/LXQT, xfse, etc. I used LXDE for Odroid C2 with 1GB RAM and LXQT for Vontar X3, works like a charm =}
